Our founder, Benjamin Oghene, held senior roles at three of the Big Four, most recently as Global Head of Technology and Innovation at PwC. During that time, he saw first-hand how outdated, manual processes were slowing down how organisations managed mobile workforces.
Again and again, the same problems appeared: siloed systems, reactive compliance, and tools that didn’t reflect how people actually work. With a background in computer science and a drive to fix what wasn’t working, Ben set out to build something better.
And that’s how The Cozm began.
Our name comes from the Greek word Cosmos, meaning a world without boundaries. It speaks to our belief that work shouldn’t be limited by geography, red tape, or outdated systems.
